News   Recent Les Miz Star to Join I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change Christy Faber will join the cast of Off-Broadway's long-running I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change Jan. 14.

The actress replaces the departing Amy White. Faber will join a cast that currently features Anne Bobby, Jonathan Rayson and Frank Vlastnik.

The musical revue — now in its 12th year Off-Broadway — plays New York's Westside Theatre.

Faber made her Broadway debut in the recent revival of Les Miserables. She has also appeared Off-Broadway in Dr. Sex and regionally in Damn Yankees, Mame (North Shore) and The Baker's Wife (Goodspeed).

James Hammerstein Productions, Bernie Kukoff and Jonathan Pollard produce I Love You..., which is directed by Joel Bishoff. I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change features music by Jimmy Roberts with a book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro. The musical comedy that delves into the world of dating, love and marriage is the longest-running musical revue in Off-Broadway history.

The show has enjoyed success throughout the world, having opened in over 400 different cities, including Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, Toronto, Chicago, London, Tel Aviv, Mexico City, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Budapest, Sydney, Prague, Seoul, Milan, Rio de Janeiro and Johannesburg.

The current record holder for longest Off-Broadway run, The Fantasticks (with 17,162 performances), looks to maintain its position in the theatre record books for some time. I Love You, You're Perfect marks the first time since Fantasticks that an Off-Broadway musical has reached 11-year status.
