Part of the company's Reclaiming Names: The John Howard Lawson Revival series, the plays, which will run in repertory, will continue through March 24.

Originally presented in 1932, Lawson’s Success Story was the third play produced by the Group Theatre under the direction of Lee Strasberg. Brian Stites will direct a cast that includes Leah Wagner, James Aronson, Brandon Ruckdashel, Pooya Mohseni, Luke Guldan, Robert Benes, Arash Mokhtar, Tami McCarthy and Carly J. Bauer. Artistic director Allie Mulholland will play the lead role of Sol.

Success Story, according to press notes, is the "tale of Sol Ginsberg, a young Jewish upstart at a Madison Ave advertising firm in 1928. A former idealist radical, he now sees that the only way to achieve the American Dream is through money. As opportunities present themselves, he begins compromising his spirit in order to get ahead, even risking losing his childhood sweetheart and his own identity."

Loud Speaker, Lawson's farce that "takes aim at the press, politics and the theatre itself," will be directed by Nic Davies and will star Matt Giroveanu, Hallie Goodman, Maurya Scanlon, Ave M. Lindon, Tim Gilliss, Daniel Hainsworth, Claudia L. Brown, Shawn Verrier, Goran Ivanovski and Wilson Carpenter.

Joseph Croghan is the set designer for Success Story, with Daniel Winters handling the lighting design for both shows. The ReGroup Theatre Company was created in 2010 with the mission "to produce 'great plays' as defined by the original Group Theatre as plays which are 'propaganda for a better life.'"

Success Story plays 8 PM shows on March 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13,14, 15, 18, 19 and 24 with 3 PM shows on March 10 and 16. Loud Speaker performs 8 PM shows on March 10, 11, 12, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 23 with 3 PM matinees on March 9 and 17 and a 2 PM matinee on March 13.
