News Reichard, Westenberg, Brunell, Cummings and More Cast in Muny's Fair Lady Complete casting has been announced for the upcoming production of the classic Lerner and Loewe musical My Fair Lady at the St. Louis Muny, the nation's oldest and largest outdoor theatre.

Directed by Harold Goldfaden, the musical will play the St. Louis venue July 7-13.

The cast will boast Daniel Reichard as Freddy Eynsford-Hill; Catherine Brunell as Eliza Doolittle; Robert Westenberg as Henry Higgins; Anthony Cummings as Alfred P. Doolittle; Joneal Joplin as Colonel Pickering; Michele Burdette-Elmore as Mrs. Eynsford Hill; Rich Pisarkiewicz as Jamie; James Anthony as Harry; Laura Ackermann as Mrs. Pearce; Michele Burdette-Elmore as Mrs. Hopkins; Zoe Vonder Haar as Mrs. Higgins; Robert Earl Gleason as Lord Boxington; Karin Berutti as Lady Boxington and Mrs. Higgins' Maid; James Anthony as Zoltan Karpathy; Bryan Langlitz as Selsey Man; Gary Glasgow as Bartender, Footman, Constable and Embassy Footman; Kevin Backstrom as Hoxton Man; Amos Wolff as A Bystander; Nick Cosgrove as Another Bystander; Derek Carley as Butler; and Julia Bullock as Flower Girl.

The Buskers feature Kevin Backstrom, Kristy Luehm and Amos Wolff; the Cockneys include Justin Scott Brown, Nick Cosgrove, Robert Earl Gleason and Kent Overshown; Karin Berutti, Michele Burdette-Elmore, Alexandra Ferrara and Demi Fragale are the Servants; and the Loverly Quartet comprises Justin Scott Brown, Nick Cosgrove, Robert Earl Gleason and Kent Overshown. Kevin Backstrom is the Dance Captain.

The ensemble includes Kevin Backstrom, Hettie Barnhill, Karin Berutti, Justin Scott Brown, Julia Bullock, Michele Burdette-Elmore, Derek Carley, Nick Cosgrove, Alexandra Ferrara, Demi Fragale, Gary Glasgow, Robert Earl Gleason, Bryan Langlitz, Kristy Luehm, Kent Overshown, Rich Pisarkiewicz, Cara Salerno, Gia Grazia Valenti and Amos Wolff.

The creative team also includes Liza Gennaro (choreographer), Jack Gaughan (musical director), Steve and Sam Gilliam (set designers) and David Lander (lighting designer). Peggy Imbrie is the stage manager. My Fair Lady is based on George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion and features a book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. The original Broadway production opened on March 15, 1956, ran for over six years and won nine Tony Awards, including one for Best Musical. The score contains such Broadway classics as "I Could Have Danced All Night," "On the Street Where You Live," "Wouldn't It Be Loverly?" and "Get Me to the Church on Time."

The summer at the Muny will also include productions of Miss Saigon (July 21-27), My One and Only (July 28-Aug. 3) and Fiddler on the Roof (Aug. 4-10).

The 90th season at the outdoor venue will also boast the musical revue 90 Years of Muny Magic. The production, according to the official Muny website, will take audiences "on a musical journey from grand opera and operettas to rock musicals." Performance dates are July 14-20.
