The 9 PM concert, celebrating Hall's new CD "River Train," is free of charge.
The singer-actress-songwriter will also play the Rockwood Music Hall Aug. 8 at 9:30 PM; she will be joined there by The Shotgun Wedding Quintet, who perform at 10:45 PM.
Singer/songwriter Crystal Monee Hall's work has been presented at Rivers of Honey, The Laurie Beechman Theatre's After Party, The Triad Theatre's Just a Piano series and The LGBT Community Center's Poets and Playwrights Series. Last spring, choreographer Camille A. Brown & Dancers debuted a new piece set to Hall's original music at The Joyce SoHo, entitled One Second Past the Future. Hall was also a featured vocalist in Ahrens and Flaherty's score for the Hurricane Katrina documentary, "After the Storm," and in Michael McElroy's Broadway Inspirational Voices choir.
The Living Room is located in Manhattan at 154 Ludlow Street. Rockwood Music Hall is located in Manhattan at 196 Allen Street.
