Also in the cast are Ron Artest, Chaz Bono, Elisabetta Canalis, Kristin Cavallari, Nancy Grace, Rob Kardashian, J.R. Martinez, Chynna Phillips and Hope Solo, who will all be paired with a professional dancer and compete against each other on a weekly basis.
The upcoming season, which will kick off Sept. 19 at 8 PM ET, will also feature a new component called the “Ballroom Battle.” According to ABC, "we’ll watch a couple trained by a pro go head-to-head with another pro’s couple. All in all, six couples will battle it out in this competition beginning in Week 5."
Lake made her big-screen debut as Tracy Turnblad in the John Waters 1988 cult film "Hairspray," upon which the hit Broadway musical is based, and also made a cameo appearance in the 2007 movie-musical remake. She is also known for her Emmy Award-nominated daytime talk show.
Arquette appeared in Geffen Playhouse's production of The Female of the Species. He is also known for his work in the "Scream" movie franchise and has been seen in the films "Wild Bill," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Never Been Kissed," among others.
Kressley is best known for his TV work, including the Emmy Award-winning reality show "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy," "Carson-Nation" and "How to Look Good Naked."
