Additional casting and creative team will be announced in the coming weeks. CSC currently has a hit on its hands with a praised revival of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's musical Passion, now extended at its 13th Street home to April 14.

Olsen appeared in two films that premiered at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival: "Liberal Arts" opposite Josh Radnor, John Magaro, Zac Efron and Richard Jenkins and "Red Lights," in which she stars opposite Robert De Niro, Cillian Murphy and Sigourney Weaver.

In 2011 Olsen received a Gotham Award, Critics Choice and Independent Spirit Award nomination for Lead Actress for her performance in "Martha Marcy May Marlene" opposite Hugh Dancy, John Hawkes, Sarah Paulson and Brady Corbet.

Currently Olsen is filming the Spike Lee-directed film "Old Boy" opposite Samuel L. Jackson and Josh Brolin. The film will be released in October.

Olsen — the younger sister of actresses Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen — lives in New York, where she is a student at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Classic Stage Company is under the leadership of artistic director Brian Kulick and executive director Greg Reiner. Additional titles for 2013-14 will be announced.

Following Passion, CSC's current 2012-13 Mainstage season concludes with Bertolt Brecht's The Caucasian Chalk Circle starring Christopher Lloyd and featuring a new score by Tony Award-winning singer/songwriter Duncan Sheik (Spring Awakening). Kulick (CSC's Galileo) directs. It begins May 2.
