The "River Flicks" series — featuring cult films presented at New York City Piers 54 and 55 — continues Aug. 14 with the horror film "Carrie."

The screening of the classic movie, based on Stephen King's novel, will be preceded by an interview with Tony Award winner Betty Buckley, who starred in both the 1976 film (as gym teacher Miss Collins) and the short-lived 1988 Broadway musical (as Carrie's mother Margaret) of the same name. Buckley will be interviewed by comedian-writer Seth Rudetsky — of "Seth's Broadway Chatterbox" fame — who will offer rare bootleg audio clips of Buckley's Broadway performance.

The "Chatterbox" interview is scheduled to begin at 6 PM, and the movie will be shown at nightfall, generally between 8 and 8:30 PM. The film schedule for the remainder of the summer follows:
