The limited engagement plays four performances only at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre.
In Another Medea, according to press notes, "we meet the incarcerated Marcus Sharp, a one time New York actor who recounts in gruesome detail how his obsessions with a man named Jason and the myth of Medea lead to horrific, unspeakable events." Writer-director Mark describes the 80-minute monologue as "Grand Guignol horror in the style of Spalding Gray."
In addition to his Tony-nominated turn in The Rocky Horror Show, Tom Hewitt's other Broadway credits include Jesus Christ Superstar; Chicago; Dracula, The Musical; The Boys from Syracuse; The Lion King; School for Scandal; and The Sisters Rosensweig.
