AUDIENCE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES, Roundabout Theatre Company
Audience Services Representatives provide best-in-class customer care in Roundabout’s high-volume Call Center. This position is expected to field inbound purchases and customer service calls expertly, solicit donations, process ticket orders and respond to customer correspondence. Reporting daily to the Call Center Supervisors, Representatives will be given the tools and training to effectively meet customer needs while also generating the maximum revenue for the institution to support its mission and productions. This position is compensated with a combination of base pay ($15/hr) and commission (1.5% on gifts).

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR, Long Wharf Theatre
The Community Partnership Coordinator will be a key relationship builder and administrator for the practice of community partnership at Long Wharf Theatre. This is a hands-on role that serves as the primary point of contact with our community partners. Works with the Long Wharf Theatre team on marketing and promotion of all community partner events, performances, and gatherings, striving to build attendance and cultivate joy.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZER, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis
The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis is looking for a COMMUNITY ORGANIZER to be a part of the Artistic team. This position would be full-time and will work closely with the Artistic Director, Associate Artistic Director and Producer of New Play Development. Qualified candidates will have previous community outreach experience, a strong connection to the city and county of St. Louis, demonstrated commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and computer skills in Microsoft Office.

DIRECT SALES MANAGER, The Araca Group
The Direct Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies for targeted retail partners and is responsible for opening new sales channels for the company. The Direct Sales Manager will oversee all purchasing, invoicing and logistics for all wholesale and promotional sales for our Studio and Theatrical divisions. Finally, the Direct Sales Manager will lead the day to day communication with retail/wholesale buyers and works with the company's internal teams to successfully execute orders. This position is based in our NYC Office and reports to the SVP of Inventory Control and Planning.
