Royal Ballet principal dancer Francesca Haward will star as Victoria, the white kitten, in the upcoming film adaptation of Cats. The character is an addition for the film adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s long-running hit musical. Deadline reports that Lloyd Webber has written a new song for the new role.

The film will also feature Judi Dench, Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, James Corden, Ian McKellen, Laurie Davidson, and Mette Towley.
Rehearsals are currently underway. Cats is set to debut in theatres December 20, 2019.
