The RSC will also lead a nationwide celebration of Shakespeare over the next three years, building from the 450th anniversary of his birth on April 23, 2014, to the 400th anniversary of his death on April 23, 2016. These celebrations will culminate with a nationwide tour of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
