News Rudolph Unplugged, with John Treacy Egan, to Play the Triad Broadway singing actor John Treacy Egan will go it solo Dec. 21 at 7 PM and 9 PM and Dec. 29 at 9 PM at the Triad in Manhattan.

Egan's holiday show, which he also wrote, is titled Rudolph Unplugged. The actor will be joined on stage by Kay Trinidad (Little Mermaid) and Molly Moran.

The evenings feature musical direction by Steven Silverstein.

Rudolph Unplugged, according to press notes, "asks the question, 'Where are they now?' of some of the holiday's most beloved characters."

Egan's Broadway credits include The Producers, The Little Mermaid, Bye Bye Birdie and Jekyll & Hyde and Off-Broadway’s When Pigs Fly!, BatBoy and It Must Be Him.

The Triad is located at 158 West 72nd St. Tickets are $30 with a two-drink minimum and are available at triadnyc.com or by calling (800) 838-3006.
