News Russell Fischer, Constantine Rousouli and More Set for Epic Fail: Broadway's Future Flops Concert The Maxwell Arts group in association with Comix Comedy Club will present Epic Fail: Broadway's Future Flops Dec. 5 at the Comix Comedy Club.

The concert, according to press notes, was "originally going to showcase brilliant new musical numbers written by some of today and tomorrow's superstar composers; however, all of these so-called composers had some terrible ideas for new musicals (that the producers may have chosen for them) and had to be stopped. But, rather than wasting the songs they had already written, the decision was made to throw all the songs together and produce a concert!"

The 7 PM performance will feature songs penned by Will Van Dyke and Josh Holloway, Doug Katsaros, Brent Black (I'll Be Damned), Nick Messitte (Get GOT), Seth Bisen-Hersh, Ashley Griffin, Rachel Bloom, Ellen Greenfield and Brad Ross (Little by Little), Michael Sutherland, David John Madore and Josh Schmidt (The Adding Machine).

Expect to hear songs from such "hopefully-never-to-be-seen musicals" Forrest Gump: A Musical Spectacular, Mommie Dearest: The Musical and Arthur Miller's Crucible the Musical.

Marc Eardley will direct the evening with musical direction by David John Madore.

Performers will include Janice Landry, Lauren Lopez (A Very Potter Musical), Michael Sutherland, Ashley Griffin, Carly Sakolove, John Scacchetti, Evan Jay Newman (Les Miz), Brik Olson, Jack Holahan, Dayna Grayber, Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys) and Constantine Rousouli (Hairspray). Comix Comedy Club is located at 353 West 14th St. Tickets, priced at $15 with a two-drink minimum, can be purchased by visiting http://comixny.com/event.aspx?eid=862&sid=3104 or by calling the Comix box office at (212) 524-2500.
