Who charms the husks right off of the corn? Sandy Duncan, of course.

Robert Brewer, NCT's artistic director, will direct the classic Tennessee Williams play, which also stars Stephen Crandall as Tom, Melanie Ash as Laura and Brandon Burk as the gentleman caller. Incidental music is by Michael Valenti, sets are by John Iacovelli, costumes are by Zhenni Li and lighting is by Vance McKenzie.

Duncan has appeared on Broadway in Chicago, Canterbury Tales (Tony Award nomination), The Boyfriend (Tony nomination), Peter Pan (Tony nomination) and My One and Only. She has appeared Off-Broadway in Ceremony of Innocence and Your Own Thing and in Los Angeles in Vanities.

On television she has appeared in "Funny Face" (Emmy nomination) and "Roots" (Emmy nomination), among other shows. Her film credits include "The Million Dollar Duck," "Star Spangled Girl" and voices for many animated films.
