Classic Arts News Sarah Vaughan, Clark Terry Among Latest Additions to ASCAP's Jazz Wall of Fame The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) will honor six jazz greats tomorrow by adding them to its Jazz Wall of Fame at its New York office.
The inductees include saxophonist Frank Foster, pianist Horace Silver, and trumpeter Clark Terry. Guitarist Freddie Green, bandleader Fletcher Henderson, and vocalist Sarah Vaughan will be inducted posthumously.

The invitation-only ceremony will include performances and appearances by pianist Billy Taylor, saxophonist James McBride, bassist Rufus Reid, vocalist Robert Flack, and other musicians.

ASCAP will also present guitarist and composer Ken Hatfield with the ASCAP Foundation Vanguard Award and honor 23 winners of the 2005-06 ASCAP Foundation Young Jazz Composer Award.
