News Savannah Film Festival to Screen "Carnage"; Ellen Barkin and Lily Tomlin Will Be Honored Tony Award winners Ellen Barkin and Lily Tomlin, as well as Oliver Stone and James Marsden will be honored at the Savannah Film Festival, which will begin Oct. 29.

The festival, which runs through Nov. 5 and is hosted by the Savannah College of Art and Design, will also screen Roman Polanksi's "Carnage," the new film adaptation of Yasmina Reza's Tony Award-winning hit God of Carnage.

In addition to honoring Barkin (The Normal Heart), Tomlin (Search for Signs of Intelligent Life), Stone ("Platoon") and Marsden ("X-Men"), the festival will welcome special guests Alec Baldwin, James Toback, Universal Pictures President Ron Meyer, Bill Pullman and Famke Janssen.

Previous honorees include Peter O'Toole, Michael Douglas, Jane Fonda, Sidney Lumet, Ian McKellen, Isabella Rossellini, Liam Neeson, Vanessa Redgrave, Norman Jewison, Tommy Lee Jones, John Waters, James Franco, Roger Ebert, Terrence Malick, Sydney Pollack, Malcolm McDowell and Milos Forman.
