News Schrider Completes Caretaker Cast for Berkshire Theatre Festival Eric Hill will direct the Berkshire Theatre Festival production of Harold Pinter's The Caretaker, which begins performances May 22.

The Caretaker centers on the fragile relationship between two brothers – Mick and Aston – whose world is disrupted when a homeless man named Davies enters their lives. The cast includes the previously announced Jonathan Epstein (Davies) and James Barry (Mick). Joining the company as Aston will be Tommy Schrider.

Designing the dark and cluttered setting will be scenic designer Jonathan Wentz; the creative team will also feature costume designer Yoshinori Tanokura, lighting designer Matthew E. Adelson, and composer and sound designer J. Hagenbuckle.

The Caretaker officially opens on BTF's Unicorn Stage May 24. The limited engagement will play through June 28.

Upcoming at the Berkshire Theatre Festival: Jayne Atkinson and Michel Gill in George Bernard Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession on the BFT Main Stage beginning June 17.
