Additionally, stage and screen actresses Sandra Bernhard and Kathie Lee Gifford will make appearances in the show's third season as well, according to EW.com.
Hayes will play a hand model, who may end up as a love interest for one of the show's female leads. Bernhard is set to play the love interest of Melanie's (Valerie Bertinelli) lesbian sister. Airdates for the episodes have yet to be announced.
Gifford will appear in the "Hot in Cleveland" Nov. 30 premiere as the host of Cleveland's local talk show, "The Babble."
"Hot in Cleveland," which stars Emmy Award winner Betty White, will also see the return of Don Rickles as Elka’s husband, Bobby, who was long thought to be dead; Jennifer Love Hewitt as Victoria’s daughter, Emmy; Joe Jonas as Melanie’s son, Will; and John Mahoney as a waiter who gets a little too involved in his customer’s personal lives.
