Bloomingdale’s is getting into the Dear Evan Hansen business. In addition to hosting the critically acclaimed new musical’s performers at its annual holiday window unveiling, the iconic department store has teamed up with the show on a number of projects.
Dear Evan Hansen leading man Ben Platt has joined forces with Bloomingdale's for a fundraising effort for Child Mind Institute, and the department store has also redesigned the Music Box Theatre’s green room into a Bloomingdale’s outfitted Blue Room (in keeping with the show’s favored color scheme).
