See Judy McLane in Master Class at Theatre Raleigh

Judy McLane stars as Maria Callas in the Theatre Raleigh production of Master Class, which is scheduled to run August 9–19 at the Kennedy Theatre. The show also features Alana Sealy as Sophie, Juliana Valente as Sharon, Jason Karn as Tony, Tom Beard as Manny, and Liam Yates as Stagehand.

Master Class tells the story of a mentor session given by the opera diva Maria Callas at The Juilliard School. As students enter her domain, Callas muses on her own life and career as a performer.

The 1995 Broadway production of Master Class won Tony Awards for Best Play, Best Actress in a Play for Zoe Caldwell, and Best Featured Actress in a Play for Audra McDonald.
