The seven shows include The Addams Family; Billy Elliott the Musical; Grease; Hello, Dolly!; The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess; Seussical the Musical; and Tarzan.
Show order and performance dates will be announced at a later date.
“With the exciting work that happened on stage last summer, along with the addition of the new state-of-the-art fans, the 2013 season was a true audience pleaser,” said Muny president and CEO Denny Reagan in the statement. “In order to continue this excitement in 2014, we have chosen a line-up of shows that comes directly from the Muny survey, and brings a good mix of styles and stories to the Muny stage.”
Season ticket holders will receive their renewal notices the first week of December. New season tickets will be available beginning March 8, 2014, at the Muny box office in Forest Park, with single tickets going on sale May 31, 2014.
