PlayBlog Sheik and Sater to Debut "Just There" at Sondheim Gala Tony Award-winning Spring Awakening collaborators Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater have penned a new song to be performed at the Roundabout Theatre Company's benefit Sondheim 80 on March 22.

Singer-songwriter Sheik will perform the new tune, "Just There," which features lyrics by Sater, as part of the evening that will honor Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer-lyricist Stephen Sondheim on his 80th birthday.

As previously reported, a host of theatre writers have written new material for the event, including Tom Kitt & Brian Yorkey (Next to Normal), Michael John LaChiusa (The Wild Party), Andrew Lippa (The Addams Family), Robert Lopez (Avenue Q) and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, Lin-Manuel Miranda (In the Heights), Stew & Heidi Rodewald (Passing Strange) and Jeanine Tesori & David Lindsay-Abaire (Shrek).
