News Shindle, Cameron and McGowan Elected for AEA National Council Actors' Equity Association has announced election results for the union's governing body, the National Council.

Fifteen members were elected to serve on the National Council of the union that represents over 47,000 show folk. Each member was elected to serve a five-year term and will respectively serve Principals, Chorus and Stage Managers in Equity's Eastern, Central and Western regions.

Elected to represent Principals in the Eastern region are Linda Cameron, Scott McGowan, Kate Shindle, Jeanne Lehman, Valerie Toth-Grant and Buzz Roddy, while Allyson Tucker, Mark Aldrich and Jeff Williams will represent Chorus.

The single post available in the Central region for Principals was named for Thomas Joyce. The Western region Principal representatives include Ivar Brogger, Joshua M. Bott and Robin Gammell. James T. McDermott and Linda M. Tross were elected to represent Stage Managers.
