Livent Inc. has announced a new opening date for the return of Show Boat, coming to the Ford Centre for the Performing Arts in North York on Sunday, November 23, for a six week run. Show Boat premiered in Toronto in 1993 before going on to Broadway to capture five Tony Awards. This new touring production will once again star Cloris Leachman as Parthy, along with Dean Jones as Cap'n Andy and basso profundo Michel Bell, who reprises his Tony Award-winning performance as Joe.
