PlayBlog Sigourney Weaver Talks "You Again" and A.R. Gurney on "Good Morning America" (Video) Tony and Academy Award nominee Sigourney Weaver visited "Good Morning America" Sept. 20 to chat about her latest film, "You Again." The comedy concerns a successful publicist (Kristen Bell), who discovers her brother is marrying her high school rival (Odette Yustman), with a similar rivalry existing between the bride's mother (Jamie Lee Curtis) and the groom's aunt (Weaver). The film, to be released Sept. 24, also features stage stars Kristin Chenoweth and Victor Garber and beloved comic actress Betty White.

In addition to the film, Weaver puts in a plug for the current production of A.R. Gurney's new play Office Hours, which is running Off-Broadway at the Flea Theater, a theatre company she helped found. Weaver, a Tony nominee for Hurlyburly and an Oscar nominee for "Working Girl" and "Gorillas in the Mist," appeared in Gurney's Mrs. Farnsworth at The Flea and in his Crazy Mary for Playwrights Horizons. Additional stage credits include The Mercy Seat and The Guys; screen credits include "Avatar," the "Alien" series and "Ghostbusters."
