Paul Simon and cast members of the previewing Broadway musical The Capeman are scheduled to appear Thursday Jan. 8 on CBS-TV's "The Late Show With David Letterman."
Simon is scheduled to be interviewed and Latin star Marc Anthony will perform the score's "Satin Summer Nights" with doo-wop backup chorus.
Set to open Jan. 29, the first musical by Simon and Derek Walcott has called in Broadway veteran Jerry Zaks to help director Mark Morris with the show's staging.
Simon and members of the cast sing on the recently released "Songs From the Capeman" CD.
