Two-Time Grammy Award-winning musician Jason Mraz, who is set to make his Broadway debut November 3 in the hit Sara Bareilles musical Waitress, gave fans an early preview on October 30 with a special mini-concert featuring the show’s current star Betsy Wolfe. The event was hosted at the YouTube Space NY, the state-of-the art production facility in the heart of New York City for YouTube artists and creators.

The singer-songwriter, who rose to fame with his 2002 debut album Waiting for My Rocket to Come, will take on the role of Dr. Pomatter beginning November 3 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Mraz is set to play a ten-week limited engagement as the new-to-town gynecologist who offers local diner employee and baker Jenna Hunterson (currently played by Betsy Wolfe) an escape from her abusive marriage.
