Following last summer's Long Wharf engagement of the first installment of Late Night Catechism, Newton-Breen again dons the habit for the holiday presentation penned by creators Vicki Quade and Maripat Donovan. Sister's Christmas Catechism will run through Dec. 21 on Long Wharf's Stage II.

Employing her own scientific tools and assisted by local choirs as well as a gaggle of audience members, Sister creates a living nativity unlike any ever seen. Sister's Christmas Catechism is presented by Entertainment Events. A veteran of Second City in Chicago, Newton-Breen earned an Emmy Award for her writing and performing on the PBS special "Oh, Art!"
