The production, which officially opened Off-Broadway Nov. 11, 2008, had been extended once through March 22 and later a second time through June 7. In a previous statement Birbiglia said, "With a small show like ours, we owe so much to word of mouth, so I can't thank people enough who have told their friends. I can only hope that these people make more friends, so we can keep extending. Might I suggest some cookie recipes?"

In Sleepwalk With Me, press notes state, Birbiglia "takes the audience on a hysterically funny and intensely personal journey through stories of his life and bouts with sleepwalking. As he finally confronts his fears of love, honesty and growing up, we see that some people's problems will work themselves out with a nice long walk — but not Mike's."

The production features set design by Beowulf Borwitt, lighting design by Jason Lyons and sound design by Jody Elff. Seth Barrish directs.

Producers are Eli Gonda, Ryan Scott Warren, Marc Turtletaub, Peter Saraf and Nathan Lane.

The Bleecker Street Theatre is located at 45 Bleecker Street. Tickets are available by calling (212) 239-6200 or by visiting www.telecharge.com.
