SEATTLE -- Billed as "an explosive comedy," The Mr. Theatre production of Soft Click of a Switch by Carter W. Lewis will receive its Seattle premiere as a presentation of The Northwest Actors Studio Creative Team.

This dark comedy explores the unlikely relationship of two men who meet in a bar, and engage in a fascinating yet explosive project together (the play is subtitled "How To Build Bombs and Influence People.")

Playwright Lewis is literary manager and playwright in residence at Geva Theatre in upstate New York, and has won several writing awards including the 1995 Julie Harris Playwrighting Award, and Soft Click of a Switch, the 1996 New Dramatist L. Arnold Weissberger Award, was workshopped in New York City, London and Los Angeles, and premiered at the Source Theatre in Washington DC. Lewis will be in attendance at the opening of this production.

The production stars Jonathan Gibson and Scott Zogg, directed by Ellen Graham.
