News Some Enchanted Evening: Jane Olivor Concert Gets CD and DVD Release April 27 Chanteuse Jane Olivor, beloved for song stylings in nightclubs and concert halls, is heard on a new live concert album, "Safe Return," on the PS Classics label, in tandem with a DVD release of the same 2003 concert, from Image Entertainment.

Discs from PS Classics, devoted to the heritage of Broadway theatre music and American popular song, are distributed by Image. In addition to songs that made her famous ("Carousel of Love," "Stay the Night") starting in the 1970s, Olivor flirted with Berlin, Harburg, Rodgers and Hammerstein and more in her November 2003 concert in Boston. She also sings three songs by Stephen Schwartz on the CD: "Crowded Island," "Sippin' Wine" and "The Hardest Part of Love."

Street date for the PS Classics CD and the Image Entertainment DVD is April 27.

Olivor is well-known for her Academy-Award-nominated ballad with Johnny Mathis, "The Last Time I Felt Like This," which is freshly performed on "Safe Return." The singer appears in concert May 1 at Town Hall in Manhattan.

Philip Chaffin, co-founder of PS Classics, told Playbill On Line, "Image Entertainment actually came to us several years ago with this project, at a time when the DVD component was just in the planning stages. Garrett Lee, their VP of marketing, knew our label and the kind of music we respond to. He also knew that Jane's concert, which Image was taping for DVD, would have an audio component, and he thought the fit between Jane and PS Classics felt right. I confess we didn't actually meet Jane until the day of the concert last November, but watching her perform live in that really extraordinary concert, and then having the opportunity to work with her over the next few months, shaping and refining the album, has been a real treat."

The CD sequence is: 1. "You"
2. "Warm"
3. "Let's Make Some Memories"
4. "Annie's Song"
5. "The Hardest Part of Love"
6. "Daydreams"
