News Something [Else]'s Coming : The Bernstein Revue Tom Briggs, who co-authored the book for last season's State Fair, and Kay Cameron, that show's musical director and conductor, are reteaming for their next Broadway effort, Something's Coming: The Music of Leonard Bernstein.

Tom Briggs, who co-authored the book for last season's State Fair, and Kay Cameron, that show's musical director and conductor, are reteaming for their next Broadway effort, Something's Coming: The Music of Leonard Bernstein. "The Bernstein estate has never before granted rights for an anthology revue type of show based on his music," says Briggs. "A lot of beautiful stuff people have never, ever heard will be included -- stuff from Trouble in Tahiti and things like that. There's a beautiful song, based on a theme from his film score for On the Waterfront. Bernstein wrote the lyrics himself. He wrote a lot of lyrics, actually. A lot of people don't know, but they will soon..."
