News Sondheim Unplugged Plans Mashup Concert of Anyone Can Whistle and Follies "Anyone Can Whistle Follies," a mashup concert consisting of songs from Stephen Sondheim musicals Anyone Can Whistle and Follies, is planned for June 28 at the 54 Below cabaret in New York.

No singers have yet been announced, but previous concerts in the club's "Sondheim Unplugged" series have included stars from the original Sondheim shows. The 7 PM performance promises "for one electric night only, we mesh tunes exclusively from two classic Sondheim musicals: Anyone Can Whistle and Follies. Join a bevy of Broadway Baby(s) as we regale you with tunes such as 'I’m Still Here,' 'There Won’t Be Trumpets' and 'Losing My Mind'."

Sondheim Unplugged is hosted by series creator Phil Geoffrey Bond.

Tickets are available for $30, $35, $40 and $65. There is a $35-$45 cover charge with a $25 food and beverage minimum. The cover charge costs an additional $5 at the door. Doors open at 5:15 PM and the concert begins at 7 PM. 54 Below is located at 254 W. 54th St. Visit 54Below.com.
