News Songs of Conor Mitchell Sung at D-Lounge Cabaret Sept. 25 Conor Mitchell, the creator of the musical Have a Nice Life, will present an evening of his songs on Sept. 25 at D-Lounge Cabaret, downstairs at the Daryl Roth Theater.

The evening will feature Nancy Anderson, Lisa Asher, Kevin Carolan, Charles Hagerty, Garrett Long and Nikki Snelson. They will perform songs by Mitchell from his shows Goblin Market, Have a Nice Life, Letters to an Absent Other, Mathilde, Merry Christmas Betty Ford and Who's Harry? Mitchell was born in Northern Ireland and trained with the composers David Blake, Nicola Lefanu and Tomas Szemechu. His first full-length piece for the musical theatre was Have a Nice Life in 2003. Other credits include Mathilde (LAMDA), Todd (Kabosh Productions), Letters to an Absent Other (Greenwich Theatre, London) and Merry Christmas Betty Ford (Lyric Theatre, Belfast).

There will be an $8 cover charge and no minimum. Reservations are not required.
