Tony winner Paulo Szot will offer a Salute to Broadway March 17 at the Annenberg Theater in Palm Springs, California.

The 8 PM concert will feature a mix of classic show tunes with lesser-known Broadway favorites.

In 2008 Szot won the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Emile de Becque in the Broadway revival of South Pacific at Lincoln Center. Szot was also the winner of the Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Theater World awards for this same role, which marked his Broadway debut. Szot has also sung with several major opera companies throughout the United States, Europe, and his native Brazil.

As a solo performer, he has appeared on big and small concert stages, including Carnegie Hall, Royal Festival Hall, The Ravinia Festival, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Café Carlyle, and Feinstein’s/54 Below.
