The Space Family Robinson, a musical set in outer space, lands at the Pleasance Theatre on May 3 with an official opening on May 8th (it runs through May 26).
Hannah Waddingham, co-star of the Ben Elton/Andrew Lloyd Webber musical The Beautiful Game, is to star as Starbird, a space vixen who murders thousands of men throughout the galaxy after sleeping with them, in the raunchy new sci-fi musical Space Family Robinson.
Produced by Sit.Com PLC, Space Family Robinson has a book and lyrics by Julian Butler and a score by Julian and Stephen Butler. Directed by Oliver Campbell-Smith, the musical features costume and set designsby Matt Gates, lighting design by Alan Patterson, sound design by Graham Simpson and musical direction by Julian Butler.
