Monologuist Spalding Gray's latest work, Morning, Noon and Night, will rise at Chicago's Goodman Theatre on Sept. 7 and set one week later on Sept. 12.
In Gray's last autobiographical piece, It's a Slippery Slope, audiences listened with surprise as the actor-writer described leaving his longtime girlfriend Renee for a younger woman who was carrying his child. In Morning, Noon and Night, we meet family-man Gray, a Long Islander who lives with his wife and three children.
Gray previously presented Morning at P.S. 122. His other monologues include Swimming to Cambodia, Monster in a Box and Gray's Anatomy.
