Spamilton will make its U.K. debut at London's Menier Chocolate Factory beginning July 12 ahead of a July 24 opening. After a successful launch in New York in September 2016, Gerard Alessandrini’s hit parody show has now gone on to have productions on the West Coast as well as in Chicago.

Written and directed by Forbidden Broadway creator Alessandrini, Spamilton is a musical parody of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s smash hit Hamilton.

The show debuted at New York City's The Triad, where it was originally scheduled to play 18 performances, but continued to extend due to popular demand. After transferring to the 47th Street Theatre/The Puerto Rican Traveling Theater in 2017, the show concluded its Off-Broadway run earlier this year (Spamilton has also wrapped up its runs in Los Angeles and Chicago).

The London production is currently scheduled through September 8. Tickets will be available May 16. Casting and a full creative team will be announced at a later date.
