What show recently impressed you?
I would say that though I don't know him well, I have known actor Billy Porter, star of Kinky Boots, a long time, and seeing him give this performance was like watching a kid on Christmas tearing open the packages with everything he's got. There's a lot of joy and years and years of hard work and paying dues in that performance.

What production are you most excited to see?
I'm also an Alan Cumming fan. So I want to see him in "The Scottish Play." But couldn't you call every Alan Cumming production "The Scottish Play"?!

What play/musical would you most like to revive on Broadway, and which role would you want to play?
Easy. I want to revive Full Gallop and long to play Diana Vreeland. You did not ask me if I actually thought this could happen.

What are your current/upcoming projects?
I am taking some time to develop some writing projects, including a musical I'm co-writing for Rosie O'Donnell's awesome "theatre for New York kids" org, Rosie's Theater Kids.
