SEATTLE -- The Cabaret de Paris 10th Annual Benefit is set for Monday, Mar. 16. Featuring more than 30 of the area's best cabaret and musical theatre performers donating their time and talents to benefit cabaret theater in Seattle, this event is one of the theatre season's don't-miss events.
Festivities start at 8 PM at Crepe de Paris Restaurant in downtown Seattle, where the Cabaret is in residence. Proceeds from the benefit will go to stage repair, sound equipment and the Cabaret's New Composers & Writers Fund to encourage the creation of original cabaret works.
For $20, benefactors get a gourmet hors d'oeuvres buffet and a show featuring David Silverman, Valerie Piacenti, Richard Gray, David Scully, Bruce Monroe, David Koch, Lisa Koch, Kathy Henson, Karen Kay Cody, Auston James, Greta Matassa, Dehner Franks, vaudevillian Hokum Jeebs, high-octane tapping by The Rhythmateers, Scott Warrender and his comic choir The Washingtonians, and the casts of past and upcoming shows at the Cabaret.
