Step Lively Productions will present a staged reading of Kurt Vonnegut's God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater, on Sept. 18 at the Producer's Club II. Both readings take place at 7 PM.

The musical satire features book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, music by Alan Menken and additional lyrics by Dennis Green.

His methods cause family dispute and a lawyer finally tries to divert Rosewater's money to an obscure branch of the family.

God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater first presented by the WPA Theater in 1979.

The Producer's Club II is located at 616 Ninth Avenue, between W. 43 and 44 Streets. Theater industry professionals can call (212) 575-0263 to reserve. -- By Murdoch McBride
