Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre Company has announced the results of their annual Board of Directors elections.

Gloria Scoby (Publisher, Crain's Chicago Business) has been appointed president of the board, succeeding Larry Brady (President, FMC Corporation). Ms. Scoby, who will lead Steppenwolf into its 22nd season, hopes "to ensure that Steppenwolf remains one of the most significant artistic forces in Chicago and worldwide".

Vice Presidents, elected for two-year terms, are: Victor Dickson (V.P., Sprint), John N. Fox, Jr. (Regional Managing Dir., Deloitte & Touche), Donna LaPietra (Exec. Producer, Kurtis Productions), and Daniel E. McLean (CEO, MCL Companies). Treasurer Donald Ratner and Secretary Scott P. George have been re-elected for two additional terms

Board members who will serve three-year terms include John H. Costello (Sr. V.P., Sears, Roebuck & Co.), C. Mack (President, Citibank Illinois), Kelly McMillan, and Karyn Planett (travel writer, Planett Travel)
