News Stoltz, Rees, Plimpton Form Shaw's Misalliance to L.A. Theatre Works Jan. 29-Feb. 2 Eric Stoltz, Roger Rees and Martha Plimpton lead the company of George Bernard Shaw's Misalliance, set for a staged reading and recording by L.A. Theatre Works Jan. 29-Feb. 2.

Eric Simonson directs the comedy about a millionaire and his family, whose pleasant family gathering with their future son-in-law and his dad is disrupted by a Polish aviatrix and handsome young aristocrat who literally fall from the sky. Victoria Tennant and Morgan Sheppard are also in the cast. Tickets range from $10-$42. All performances are at the Skirball Cultural Center at 2701 North Sepulveda Boulevard. All Theatre Works theatre productions are recorded for future broadcast on public radio KPCC (Saturday nights from 8 PM-11 PM on 89.3 FM), on XM Satellite Radio and are sold on the L.A. Their recording of The Prisoner of Second Avenue, featuring Richard Dreyfuss and Marsha Mason, was recently nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Spoken Comedy Album.
