News Stomp Creators' Pandemonium Will Tour U.S. Pandemonium: The Lost and Found Orchestra, a new symphonic musical event from the creators of Stomp, will begin a North American tour Sept. 16 in Miami, FL.

Stomp co-creators Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas conceived the work that uses vacuum cleaners, musical saws, bottles, hair driers, whirly toys, traffic cones and other found items to create a unique orchestra.

The work first premiered in the U.K. in 2006 and has been re-worked for the American tour, which will incorporate a 25-member company comprising Stomp performers, classical musicians, physical comedians and aerial artists.

Each stop on the tour will include a 30-member local choir, who will contribute to the finale of Pandemonium. Luke Cresswell will conduct.

The tour of Pandemonium will make stops in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Hartford, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Raleigh, Costa Mesa and San Francisco.

Following its 2006 premiere in Brighton, Pandemonium toured to the Sydney Opera House in 2007, followed by a run at London's Royal Festival Hall in 2008 and an engagement at the Carre Theatre in Amsterdam in March 2009. Visit PandemoniumtheShow.
