According to the American Repertory Theater's website, the Jan. 27 performance at of Father Comes Home From The Wars (Parts 1, 2 & 3) has been canceled due to the storm because the Commonwealth has declared a State of Emergency, there is a parking ban in effect, and the MBTA has canceled service.
Father Comes Home From The Wars (Parts 1, 2 & 3) continues through March 1, and tickets can be exchanged for another performance. To exchange for another performance of Father Comes Home From The Wars (Parts 1, 2 & 3), please complete this exchange request form or contact patron services at [email protected].
The Jan. 27 opening night performance of Motown the Musical at the Boston Opera House has been canceled, and a performance has been added Feb. 9 at 7:30 PM.
Customers with tickets to the Jan. 27 performance need to take no action; original tickets will be valid Feb. 9 at 7:30 PM. Those who cannot attend the Feb. 9 performance can contact (866) 880-9572 or email [email protected] to exchange into one of the following performances: Jan. 28 at 7:30 PM, Jan. 29 at 1 PM and 7:30 PM, Feb. 3 at 7:30 PM and Feb. 4 at 7:30 PM.
Additionally, the press opening for The Second Girl at the Huntington Theatre Company has been rescheduled for Jan. 30 at 8 PM. The media is invited to attend The Second Girl on Jan. 30 or any performance thereafter. The Jan. 27 performances of The Second Girl and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike have been canceled, and the Huntington's administrative office and box office will be closed. The company intends to resume performances Jan. 28 – The Second Girl at 7 PM and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike at 2 PM and 7:30 PM.
