News Streep and Redgrave to Honor Richardson at amFAR Gala Late Tony Award-winning actress Natasha Richardson will be celebrated during the 2010 amFAR New York gala Feb. 10.

Richardson, who was an amFAR trustee and tireless advocate for AIDS research, will be honored in a special tribute during the event that will be held at Cipriani 42nd Street. Leading the tribute to the actress will be her mother, actress Vanessa Redgrave, Meryl Streep and Mathilde Krim, Ph.D. The organization has also named Sir Elton John and David Furnish, as well as Yves Carcelle as 2010 honorees. The 6 PM evening will feature performances by Lady Gaga and Rufus Wainwright.

The gala evening begins at 6:00 PM with cocktails, followed by dinner and performances at 7:30 PM. For tickets visit amFAR.
