Leigh Silverman (Chinglish, Well) will direct the invitation-only 3 PM reading of the piece that has music and lyrics by Zaitchik (Picnic at Hanging Rock) and book and lyrics by playwright Harrison (Maple and Vine). It was previously developed at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's 2011 Music Theatre Conference. Julie McBride is music director.

In addition to Danieley (Next to Normal, Candide), Elder (One Arm, Road Show) and Wolfe (Merrily We Roll Along, Tales of the City), the cast includes Lisa Brescia (Wicked, Mamma Mia!), Reese Sebastian Diaz (Mary Poppins), Andie Mechanic (White Christmas), Henry Stram (The Illusion) and Emily Swallow (POP!).

Here's how the musical is billed: "What if you could hear the difference between a truth and a lie? What would it do to your home life? Suprema is a strange-but-true three-way love story about the creator of both Wonder Woman and the lie-detector test, and the two real women who inspired him."

Ars Nova is located at 511 West 54 Street.
