Sure of This One, Michael MacCauley's one-man show about love, travel and Shakespeare, ends its stay at New York City's Tribeca Playhouse April 15 after extending one week. Performances began March 10 for a run originally set to close April 8.

Quoting William Shakespeare's famous Macbeth speech, "It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing," MacCauley promises lots of "sound and fury," with the idiot part left to opinion. After being robbed by three masked gunmen at a Mexican restaurant in Little Italy, MacCauley whips through a tour of Ireland, Notre Dame football, Shakespeare with aid from illegal substances, and "Emotional Jeopardy." Through it all, he yearns for the "ultimate destination" -- true love.

Charles Gales directs and produces. Gale last directed the New York premiere of Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs.
