Susan Lucci, who made her Broadway debut replacing a vacationing Bernadette Peters in Annie Get Your Gun, will return to Feinstein's at the Regency for a limited engagement beginning Nov. 12. Lucci replaces former chat-show host Kathie Lee Gifford, who was scheduled to perform at Michael Feinstein's eponymous cabaret. Gifford has postponed her engagement due to her father's illness. This is Lucci's second engagement at the posh cabaret, and she will perform there through Nov. 23.
Best known for her Emmy Award-winning role as Erica Kane on ABC-TV's "All My Children," Lucci made her Broadway debut in the revival of Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun. She made her first nightclub appearance in Atlantic City when she opened for Regis Philbin. At Feinstein's, Lucci will offer an evening of standards as well as more contemporary material.
Feinstein's at the Regency is located in New York City at 540 Park Avenue at 61st Street. Lucci will play Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8:30 PM with late shows at 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. There is a $30 minimum for all shows with a $45 cover (Tuesdays-Thursdays at 8:30 PM and Fridays at 11 PM) or a $60 cover (Fridays at 8:30 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 and 11 PM).
