Tacoma's only Equity theatre company has announced it's 1998-99 season. First up, opening Sept. 22 will be Noel Coward's classic supernatural farce Blithe Spirit. Stephen Jeffrey's adaptation of Charles Dickens' Hard Times debuts Oct. 7, and the holiday season offering will be Joe Sears' two man, multi- character romp, A Tuna Christmas.
The first offering of the New Year is A.R. Gurney's daffy doggy comedy Sylvia opening Jan. 5, followed by Alfred Uhry's stage and screen smash Driving Miss Daisy starting Feb. 9. The season wraps with Shakespeare's evergreen comedy A Mid-Summer Night's Dream.
